VO Recording: You need the ultra quiet acoustically treated space, stupidly expensive microphones and preamps, headphones that don’t leak noise back into the mic, a talkback system so you and your client can communicate with the voice talent, an operator who can make that voice talent sound great plus keep track of all the takes and the timings of those takes, lots of pencils and decent coffee, because if you didn’t cast well, you might be in the session for a while. Other than that, there’s nothin’ to it. (By the way, Indy has all that stuff)
